The same system, outside and under cover. Sealed against dirt, oil and foot traffic so it cleans up with a broom and a hose.
What's involved
Patios, alfrescos, sheds and carports are the slabs that get the least love and the most mess. Sand and grass off bare feet, grease off the mower, oil under the boat trailer. Left bare, concrete stains and dusts. Coated, it becomes one sealed surface you can sweep and hose off.
Covered and uncovered areas both get the full system, ground back and repaired first. Outdoor areas that catch the sun get a UV stable topcoat with some texture to it, and pool surrounds are finished right out to the coping and fence line.

Look and quote
Check the slab, how much sun and water it gets, and what the space is used for.

Grind and repair
Ground back to sound concrete, cracks and edges repaired.

Base coat and flake
Base coat down and flake broadcast right across the area.

Finish for the spot
UV stable, textured topcoat where it's out in the weather; a clean seal inside the shed.

01Is the same coating used inside a shed and out on a patio?
The system underneath is the same. What changes is the topcoat: areas out in the sun get a UV stable topcoat with texture for grip, while a closed-in shed floor can have a smoother finish.
If one job covers both, the colour and flake can match across them.
02Can you coat a carport?
Yes. Carports are coated the same way as a garage or driveway, with the finish chosen for how much weather gets in.
It's a good one to do at the same time as the driveway so the two run into each other in one finish.
03Can an uncovered patio be coated, or only covered ones?
Uncovered patios can be coated too. They get a UV stable topcoat so they don't discolour in the sun, and a textured finish because they get wet.
Weather matters for the day the job is done, so the date gets locked in around a dry run.
